Cheese!

M and I were watching "Made in Spain". The episode we watched showed Jose traveling through the region were the delicious piquillo peppers are canned. Well Jose took cheese and stuffed the peppers then sauted them. We tried the recipe and it was yummy! Nothing better than melted cheese.
